With gorgeous produce emerging from farms and gardens during this season of abundance, we share two of our favorite new cookbooks, written by established chefs who relish getting their hands in the soil and harvesting home-grown bounty. Mary Ann Esposito and Gesine Bullock-Prado are also gifted teachers.
