How to pick your wedding dress for your venue.

1. Do your research

If you have had your eye on a specific style or designer, dig a little deeper. Make sure the boutique you are visiting carries that look. Research shops in your area to make sure your styles align. Follow boutiques and designers on Instagram, get lost in Pinterest, and let your wedding day–dreams inspire you! Everthine caters to the modern-day, less-traditional bride. Therefore, you will find lots of effortless and unique silhouettes and fewer ball gowns and structured styles at our boutiques.

2. Trust your stylist and have an open mind

Our stylists know each and every gown as if they were her best friends. Her job is to listen to your wants, needs and to understand your vision. She knows which dress looks best on what body types and personalities. We are experts in fashion-forward bridal! The majority of the time, brides end up choosing a gown they never thought they would like. It’s always the one that you least expect to like that makes your jaw drop!

3. Skip the entourage

Your dress should be a reflection of you, not your entourage. While it might seem fun to bring your closest friends and family dress shopping, it can easily make finding “the one” more difficult. Bring the people who know you best and whose opinions you value most. When this one loves it and that one hates it, you can easily lose sight of YOUR vision.

4. Say yes!

If you think you’ve found the dress of your dreams, it’s okay to say yes! Over-shopping can easily lead to confusion and overwhelm. When you’ve found your gown, stop shopping and focus your energy on the next wedding day task.
