- 1/2 ounce pear juice
- Slice of fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 ounces Stonecutter Single Barrel Gin
- 1/2 ounce Lillet
- Optional: Club soda
- Sprig of thyme
Add pear juice and slice of ginger to bottom of cocktail shaker. Muddle together then add Stonecutter gin and Lillet. Stir 8 to 12 seconds and strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Top with soda (if desired) and a sprig of thyme.
