The cocktail, Mulo by the Beach, is coming to you from the Beverage Director of the Farmhouse Group restaurants, Alex Moran. This minty, pleasing and lively cocktail has been featured on the Pascolo Ristorante menu in various forms and is always a customer favorite. Pascolo Ristorante is located in Burlington.
Makes 1 cocktail
- 1.5 oz Dark Rum (we use Goslings)
- .75 oz Strega
- 6 fresh Mint leaves
- .75 oz fresh lime juice
- top with Ginger beer
Shake all ingredients except for the ginger beer, top with ginger beer, garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaves and enjoy!
