  • 1½ ounces straight bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 4½ ounces ginger beer

Instructions

In a highball glass, combine the bourbon, lime juice and maple syrup, stirring gently to dissolve the syrup. Add the ginger beer and some ice, then garnish with a slice of lime.
